Yes—we work with a trusted drafting partner to develop your home’s plans, then guide you through the decisions that bring it all together. From materials and finishes to adjustments along the way, we help make sure the final result feels right and functions for how you live.

What if I already have plans?

That’s completely fine. We can review your plans and step in from there. In many cases, we’ll offer a few suggestions to improve how the home functions, how it’s built, or how it fits your budget—but we’re just as comfortable working from a finished set.
