Zac began his construction career in Detroit in 2011, working hands-on alongside local tradespeople while helping manage renovation projects of all sizes. After moving to Florida in 2016, he expanded his experience into restoration, project management, and estimating, including repair and reconstruction work following Hurricane Irma. He later spent several years in insurance adjusting before settling in Sebring and deciding it was time to get back to his construction roots.
Zac joined Stewart Construction in March 2026 as part of the Sales and Estimating team. His wide-ranging experience helps him look at projects from multiple angles, whether he’s helping a client understand the construction behind a remodel, investigating damage to determine the right repair, or exploring the possibilities for an existing space.
His favorite projects involve reimagining existing spaces and full-home remodels. He also enjoys restoring older homes, especially when there’s an opportunity to preserve some of their original craftsmanship and character.
Outside of Work:
A perfect weekend for Zac includes time with family and a round of pickleball or golf with friends. His current local coffee stop is Sophie’s Café, where his order is a café con leche and a quesito—or two.
