Joel

After beginning his construction career in Miami in 2003, Joel worked his way from a tile distribution warehouse to Assistant Store Manager before realizing he wanted to be on the craftsmanship side of the industry. He completed a four-year tile setter apprenticeship, worked for a remodeling contractor, became a business partner, and eventually started his own tile installation company after moving to Lake Placid in 2019.

After five years specializing in custom tile and bathroom remodeling, Joel was ready for a new chapter. Stewart Construction was a natural fit. He had long respected the company’s quality workmanship and jokes, “If you can’t beat them, join them!” Today, he brings years of hands-on remodeling experience to the team, listening closely to clients and helping turn their ideas into finished spaces they’re excited about.

Bathroom remodels remain a favorite, especially the transformation that comes from taking an outdated space and making it more beautiful, functional, and personal.
